METADATA / README FOR MESOSPHERIC DATA FROM SOUSY-INSTALLATION, ADVENTDALEN

Echoes from structures defined by refractive index variations at 53.5 MHz. 
Explanations and references can be obtained from the PI.
Use of these data require PIs to be acknowledged (preferably contacted regardless). 
Any publication process should invite the PIs as co-authors.

"x" is one of:

s - spectral width (Hz)
v - vertical (Doppler) speed (m/s) 

Data coverage is on a "best effort" basis. 
the data consists of 97 heights, 1st ht 50 km, interval 0.5km appearing as sequential lines in the files
each line contains year, month, day, hour (UT), minute and second followed by the parameter values.
